Can I exchange my tickets for better seats?

Yes, you can exchange your daily tickets for better seats at the box office; however, you must pay the difference in price for the upgraded ticket. No refunds will be given.

Do children need a ticket?

Children that can share a seat with a parent or guardian without obstructing the view of others do not need a ticket. Everyone else must have proper credentials or a ticket for the correct session prior to entering the gate.

Will one ticket allow me to watch both the afternoon and evening sessions?

NO. Every session requires a ticket specifically for that session.

What happens if it rains?

One completed match on Stadium Court shall constitute a complete session of play. That session ticket is then no longer subject to a refund or exchange. If play is postponed for any reason without the completion of one match on Stadium Court, the Tournament will determine, at its discretion, how to accommodate daily ticket holders for that session.

Do you offer discounts?

USTA Members will receive $4.00 ticket discount on afternoon session tickets from Monday, July 14 through Thursday, July 17. Please have your valid USTA Membership number ready when ordering to receive the USTA Special Offer.

Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more to the same session. Please contact the tournament office at 800-622-LOVE if you are interested in group packages.
